"In October I reached out to this State Farm office to obtain homeowners insurance. First I spoke with Chelsea, and they issued the policy. One week later they notified me that the policy would not be issued because I needed to change my roof. My mortgage company had already issued this State Farm office the full payment for the year. I reached out to Chelsea to say since the policy is not being issued, please refund the money to my escrow account. She said yes, and she confirmed with underwriting that the full refund will be issued. Since then I have been given a runaround, and the refund is yet to be issued. I tried to escalate the matter to the owner Ryan Murchland, and they refused to let me speak with him. Carmela enters, she is the office manager who is again giving me the runaround. She tells me can't reach the billing department, she doesn't control what the billing department do..etc...It is now the end of November, and what started on 10/9 I still do not have the refund for my escrow account, and no one will give me an answer. I am making this post in the hope that Ryan will see it and take action. My next step is the Better Business Bureau and to file a civil claim. It is a shame that customers have to go to this extent!"

"Chris is amazing! I got a quote online for $475 a month and Chris brought it down to $340/mo! If you got a quote higher than you want online call call call!!! I never thought I'd get 2 car insurance this low for at least 10 years, we have an accident each and both are under 25. Progressive wanted $600+ for state minimum and now we are getting 3-4x the coverage for half the price!"
